Great hotel. I've to this hotel before in past. Good location for any to have access to the highway to travel through the great city of Austin. The Domain shopping center is nearby and as well as other amenities. The downside is that the morning breakfast hours are very inconvenient since other hotels offer better breakfast schedule hours. Staff are very helpful and the atmosphere is excellent.

No microwaves in the room. No guest laundry. This is not a Hampton Inn, not even an average hotel. Locked out of the building because digital key didn't work at the door at the end of the building. The front desks response was come to the front desk and we'll give you a new key. No...come let me in and then fix your door. It's the door that's broken, not the key. And some how eggs for breakfast that are burned on the outside and cold in the middle.

Our experience was not a good one. First, the hotel gave us the wrong dates. Only booked us for two nights instead of three. Got that fixed to find out we had to check out and check back in to get another night, which meant that we had to put up yet ANOTHER $50.00 deposit. We were stopped when bringing in our bags at the check in desk to say they gave us the wrong room number. When we got to our room, it was a handicap room. This is not what were expecting. We just let it go. Not worth the hassle. The breakfast in the morning was cold. My Husband was treated rudely when he went to check back in for our 3rd. night after he questioned another deposit he was told we could pay it OR LEAVE. We have stayed at Hampton Inn before, but never treated so badly.

Location was very very easy to get to. The room was inviting, crisp clean, and lived up to the name of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was warm, plentiful and there was even a cheesy egg omelet(that didn't taste like powder)

Great location! Not far from restaurants and shopping. Very close to our conference location at the Renaissance hotel. Great breakfast and front desk service. You gotta try the mango water at breakfast! Variety of options to choose from such as quick grab and go items to sitting down and enjoying your coffee, eggs, waffle, ect. Room was cozy with a fridge and couch! Clean room. I know exactly where to stay when i visit Austin again.

A/C was just okay, bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Had a small fridge, but no microwave. Plenty of room to store luggage and extra items. Breakfast was so awful we skipped it, and their coffee was the absolute worst I've ever had, so I stayed with the coffee made in the room.

The location of this hotel is right off the highway, it's close to shopping and restaurants as well as other amenities you may need.

The food served at breakfast was subpar... it didn't taste fresh at all. Seemed like synthetic food with tons of chemicals... very poor. The pillows on the king-sized bed could be changed out to be longer pillows and not four small pillows.
